❓ What is Manxsy?

Manxsy is an online marketplace that connects you with independent sellers, makers, and creatives from the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom. From handmade goods to digital downloads, you’ll find unique items made with care and creativity.

🧾 How do I place an order?

  1. Browse products and add items to your cart.

  2. When ready, click Checkout and fill in your delivery details.

  3. Complete your payment securely via PayPal (no PayPal account needed – just use your card).

  4. The seller will process your order and ship it directly to you.

 

🔐 Is shopping on Manxsy secure?

Yes – all payments are securely handled through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted payment platforms. Sellers are also vetted, and we monitor activity to keep the marketplace safe and reliable.

📦 Who ships my order?

Each individual seller is responsible for shipping their own products. This means your items may arrive in separate parcels if you order from multiple shops. You can view shipping times and methods on each product page.

🚚 What are the estimated delivery times?

 

Delivery times may vary by seller and chosen courier. Always check the product listing for specific dispatch times.

🌍 Do Vendors On Manxsy ship internationally?

At this time, Manxsy only supports shipping within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man. Please view Postage Information page for more details. 

📬 Where is my order?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If tracking is provided, it will be included. For order updates or issues, contact the seller directly from your account dashboard or confirmation email.

💬 Can I contact the seller?

Absolutely. You can message sellers directly using the messaging feature on their shop page or your account area. Please allow some time for a response, especially outside business hours.

💸 Why are there different postage prices?

Postage is set individually by each vendor based on their location, item size, and courier. You’ll see postage costs clearly displayed at checkout.

🔁 What is the return policy?

Returns and refunds are handled individually by each seller, so their policies may vary. Please read the product description and shop policies before purchasing, or contact the seller with any questions.

🛑 Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact the seller as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible before the item is dispatched, but it depends on the seller’s policy. Once shipped, cancellations or changes may not be accepted.

🎁 Can I send a gift?

Yes! Many sellers offer gift wrapping or personalisation. Check the product description or message the seller to make a request.

🚫 What items are not allowed on Manxsy?

We do not allow the sale of:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Offensive or discriminatory items
