If you believe that an item listed on the Manxsy marketplace infringes on your intellectual property or other rights, please use the form below to submit an infringement report. We take these matters seriously and will investigate all valid claims in accordance with our policies.
Our infringement reporting process allows rights holders or their authorized representatives to alert us to listings that may be:
*Counterfeit or unauthorized replicas
*Using copyrighted content without permission (e.g., images, text, logos)
*Infringing on a registered trademark or patent
*Violating publicity or privacy rights
*Violating local or international laws
Upon receiving your report, our team will review the information, investigate the claim, and take appropriate action, which may include removing the item(s), warning or suspending the seller, or requesting additional verification.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement reports is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in legal consequences.
