Is a Business PayPal account free?

There is no monthly fee, no subscription cost, and no charge to upgrade your existing personal PayPal account to a business one.
The only fees you’ll ever pay are PayPal’s standard transaction fees when you make a sale (the same as most online payment processors).
Do I need to open a brand new PayPal account?

How to upgrade your PayPal account (simple steps)

What information will PayPal ask for?
