Medals Are Laser Cut Using 3-4mm Plywood. We Use No Plastics In Our Medals Or Lanyards, For This Reason All Our Lanyards Are Made With Biodegradable Acetate Ribbon And Are Sewn Together Rather Than Using Plastic Clips, If You Would Prefer Clips This Is Something We Can Discuss Through Messages.

RETURNS;
We do not accept returns on our products due to them being made to order/custom/personalised items. We hold no inventory (Stock) as we hand make/design/build/produce all items upon order requests. Our Items are unable to be re-sold if returned.

We Do Not Offer Refunds Unless The Item Is Damaged Upon Delivery (Note We Inspect All Orders Before We Package & Ship Them Out – No Orders Will Be Sent With Damage. If The Item Is Damaged Upon Arrival & Has Been Due To Postal Services Please Contact Us Straight Away & We Can Discuss What The Best Remedy Will Be, I.e Logging A Damaged Item Request With The Postal Services.
