Manxsy is a multi-vendor online marketplace operating from the Isle of Man. It enables individual vendors (“sub-merchants”) to sell goods to customers through a shared platform. Our vendor services are powered by Dokan and WooCommerce, with integrated payment processing via PayPal.
3. User Accounts
- Users may browse the site without an account, but account creation is required to purchase, sell, or interact with features such as wishlists and vendor dashboards.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities under your account.
4. Marketplace Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our Prohibited Items Policy
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate
- Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings (e.g., Trustpilot integration)
5. Vendor Requirements
Vendors must complete the Sub-Merchant Vetting Process before listing any products:
- Email verification
- Photo ID & proof of address
- Linked social media profiles or portfolio
- Manual approval of all products before going live

6. Product Listings
All product listings must comply with:

- Accurate, clear, and honest descriptions
- Appropriate categorization and pricing
Manxsy reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our terms or values.
7. Infringement Reporting

8. Payments and Fees
- Payments are processed through PayPal’s marketplace system.
- Vendors must connect a valid Business PayPal account to receive payouts.

9. Reviews and Feedback
Customers may leave feedback and reviews via integrated platforms such as Trustpilot. You may not falsify, suppress, or manipulate reviews.
10. Data and Privacy
